Job Description:

The candidate will part of a bigger Crystal team located in Bucharest with temporary assignments at the client location to support one of our clients in the FMCG sector. The QA Engineer will support the project team and the client in performing Quality Assurances tasks and QA Automation.

Mission

The QA Engineer main function is to support the client and the project in ensuring quality and implementing automation by using Robot Framework or any similar open-source automation framework.
Required

Required Mandatory Skill Sets :

• Experience working in Agile methodology
• Experience in implementing automation, using Robot Framework or any similar open-source automation framework [5 – 6 Years’ experience]
• Experience in programming – Python [2+ Years of experience]
• Experience in automated test areas – DB-testing or Mobile Device Testing (Appian) or API testing

Skills Nice to have:

• Experience with Jenkins, Jira, git
• Experience in creating test strategy / strategies
• Experience in working in regulated environment (e.g. Life Science Industry)
• ISTQB Certified

Personal Attributes:

• Personal Attributes
• Excellent communication skills – experienced in working directly with the client in a global client setup.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory, any additional language French, Spanish, … is an advantage
• Self-managed and motivated – able to work independently as embedded test engineer within an agile team
• Team player attitude with a sense of diplomacy
• Customer service oriented
• Knowledge of digital trends, standards, and issues

• Permanent labour contract according to Romanian legislation
• Office location mainly Bucharest with assignments to client location with limited travel activities
